Nala - the pregnant lioness with a heart of gold
Nala is a buckskin Lusitano cruzado mare that grew up mostly unhandled by humans in a herd on a mountain until she was 6 years old. I was the first one to touch her out in the mountains and to put a halter on her. I tamed and started her and she is now ready to find her forever partner. She is relaxed standing tied, waits patiently even without a rope during hoof trimming, parks to the mounting block, just walks into the trailer by herself and is an overall safe and happy partner.
Nala enjoys going on trailrides just as much as riding and playing inside the arena. She moves forward with joy and loves playing at Liberty.
Nala is super easy going in a herd and got along well with all the horses we have had in the herd. She is vaccinated, got her teeth done and gets her feet trimmed regularly. She has strong hooves and is super sure footed on rocky and steep ground.
Nala is in foal to Lusitano stallion "Xli Das Lezirias" and the foal is to be expected in February 2024.
She already had one foal and was supposedly a great mother.
Nala's dam is waiting to be approved and as soon as that happens Nala can get the "blue book" and be officially registered as a PSL.

Seriously interested buyers are welcome to get to know Nala at Flowcean Farm (Peniche, Portugal).
Suggested for interested buyers is a minimum 5 day horsemanship education vacation where you take a private lesson with Nala everyday to get to truly know her and to set you up for success in your future life together. You could even play with her in the waves that she loves so much!
The handover lesson package will be free of charge to the person that chooses Nala to become part of the family.
